Agency Platform Release Goals
ADOA-ASET continuously works to identify potential security/maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities for the Agency Platform Distribution. These opportunities are considered by a subcommittee for implementation in upcoming releases.
Background and strategic fit
- Integrate core, security, contributed components, and theme enhancements in order to guarantee operational stability and continuous improvement.
Assumptions
- Standard release opportunities occur monthly
- Emergency releases may be scheduled as needed to accommodate critical security updates with known exploits

The ADOA-ASET Digital Government team will be updating all Agency Platform websites and environments to apply security releases.

There will be a security release of Drupal 7.x, on April 25th, 2018 between 16:00 - 18:00 UTC. This security release is a follow-up to the one released as SA-CORE-2018-002 on March 28.
