Address Field 7.x-1.3 The addressfield_tokens module extends the addressfield module by adding full token support. It also adds some convenient addressfield formatters and provides a webform addressfield integration.
Webform Term Options 7.x-4.0 This module is adding a pre-built option lists of vocabulary terms to be used in webform components. Adding support for Webform 7.x-4.x which introduces an API change.
